HelloWay 3.35

The HelloWay application, developed by HGC Global Communications Limited, offers a VoIP communication solution designed for both local and international use. It enables users to make and receive calls to and from Hong Kong telephone numbers via data networks or Wi-Fi connections, regardless of the user’s location in Hong Kong or abroad. This service is tailored to facilitate seamless connectivity with friends, family, and business partners while potentially reducing roaming and international call charges.

Upon downloading the application and registering with HGC, users can access a range of features, including:

• Making calls with a dedicated Hong Kong number; recipients do not need to have the HelloWay app installed.
• Dialing Hong Kong fixed-line and mobile numbers, as well as receiving incoming calls from around the world.
• Additional functionalities such as caller ID display, call waiting, missed call notifications, automatic call forwarding when offline, and voice messaging services.

Notes:

1. Users may access HelloWay via either data networks or Wi-Fi. HGC disclaims any responsibility for data charges incurred when using the service outside of Wi-Fi connections. To ensure optimal service stability, it is recommended to use Wi-Fi networks whenever possible.
2. The quality of calls and overall service performance can be influenced by network stability and connection quality of the data or Wi-Fi networks. End users should consult their network providers regarding potential issues, limitations of VoIP services, or additional charges associated with VoIP usage. HGC is not responsible for disruptions caused by these factors.
3. The provision of the service may be affected by unpredictable factors beyond HGC’s control, including device settings, legal or regulatory restrictions in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions, power outages, or other operational issues. HGC shall not be liable for any delays or interruptions resulting from such circumstances.
4. Outside Hong Kong, the service cannot connect to non-Hong Kong emergency numbers or systems. HGC shall not be liable for any losses or expenses resulting from failures in this regard.
5. The service is inoperative during power outages and is not intended for use with life-line devices.
